What you're buying

Starduet sells personalised written readings — a natal reading about you, or a compatibility reading about two people — generated from real astronomical calculations of the birth details you provide. Each reading is a one-time purchase, delivered to your email and viewable on this site. Separately, Starduet Plus is an optional subscription, described below.

Starduet Plus (subscription)

StarduetPlus unlocks unlimited conversation with your charts and readings. “Unlimited” has one practical ceiling: a fair-use cap of 300 questions per rolling 30 days — far more than anyone asks in practice, there to keep automated abuse out. Plus is billed automatically at the interval you choose — weekly, monthly, or yearly, at the price shown at checkout — and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account (“Manage” opens our payment provider's portal); cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then. If you're unhappy with your first subscription charge, the same 14-day make-it-right policy below applies.

Plus is for you personally. Your account may not be shared, resold, or used to provide a service to others, and the chat may not be accessed by scripts, bots, or other automated means. We may suspend accounts that do these things, refunding any unused time.

Delivery

Readings are composed after payment and usually arrive within minutes. If composition fails, you can retry it from your account at no extra charge — you will never be charged for a reading we don't deliver.

Refunds

If your reading never arrived, or you're unhappy with it for any reason, email support@starduet.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right — a fix or a full refund, no interrogation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

Accurate details

A reading is computed from the birth date, time, and place you enter. Please double-check them before purchase — a reading generated from details you entered incorrectly is still considered delivered, though we'll always try to help if something went wrong.

Someone else's birth details

Compatibility readings involve a second person's birth data. By purchasing one you attest that you have that person's consent, as described in our privacy policy.

For insight, not instruction

Readings are for insight, reflection, and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no outcome — in a relationship or anywhere else — is predicted or guaranteed. Decisions you make remain your own.

The service

We may update, improve, or discontinue features over time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starduet's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Questions about these terms: support@starduet.com.
